I am an entrepreneur by nature and started various businesses in my youth. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, I served my articles at Ernst & Young, which opened my mind to the business fundamentals applicable to daily operations and all the components necessary to create both a profitable and sustainable business model. Learnt to understand the intricacies of the various business models, intellectual processes and management styles from the Boards of Directors, CEO's and various stakeholders.

Looking to develop further I joined Standard Bank,Corporate & Investment Banking. During my time there the focus of ROI became the centre of my interest; specifically in how to manipulate the business and financial operations of a company to maximize the ROI (Return on Investment) in order to ensure successful exit strategies. Moved to venture capital and private equity and looked to being part of deal flow directly relative to business valuations and measuring ROI's against exit strategies.

I am currently the CEO of Quantum Capital Fund, a multi staged venture capitalist company specialising in Information technology and Online Media. Previously involved in venture capital, private equity and corporate finance for Standard Bank, Corporate & Investment banking and Ernst & Young.
